MADISON, Wis.–Nine people have been recognized with the International Credit Union Development Education (I-CUDE) designation by the seven international Credit Union Development Educator (DE) programs, in partnership with World Council of Credit Unions.
The designations were announced during the recent World Credit Union Conference in Singapore.
Recognized with the I-CUDE distinction were:
- Diana Dykstra, California & Nevada Credit Union League
- Brian Gately, Credit Union Consulting Services, New York
- Judy Hurt, (retired) Greensboro Municipal FCU, North Carolina
- Alisha Mahabirsingh, CLICO Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited, Trinidad & Tobago
- Nelson Medina, Guadalupe Credit Union, New Mexico
- Carol Philbin, Partners Credit Union, United Kingdom
- Brent Rempe, WEOKIE Credit Union, Oklahoma
- William Rol, Matanuska Valley Federal Credit Union, Hawaii
- Norman Stockton, 1st Street Credit Union, Florida
The Development Education Program is designed to encourage an international exchange of ideas and opportunities around credit union philosophy and is overseen by the National Credit Union Foundation.
The seven international DE programs are based in Africa, Asia, Australia, the Caribbean, Europe, Great Britain, the Philippines and the United States.
