59 CU Execs Complete CUES CEO Institute

MADISON, Wis.—Fifty-nine credit union executives have graduated from CUES’ CEO Institute, having completed all three years of the executive education program.

The 59 have now earned their Certified Chief Executive (CCE) designation, signifying their ongoing commitment to professional development, CUES said. A complete list of the most recent graduates can be found here.

CUES said the new graduates join the ranks of 716 credit union leaders who have also obtained their CCE, and who are recognized throughout the credit union movement as having established a standard of educational excellence.
“This three-part graduate-level program takes participants through the full spectrum of leadership preparation,” CUES said.

Each of the intensive, week-long programs is held at a renowned business school: CEO Institute I: Strategic Planning, at the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, Philadelphia; CEO Institute II: Organizational Effectiveness, at Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Management, Ithaca, N.Y.; and CEO Institute III: Strategic Leadership Development, at the University of Virginia, Darden Executive Education, Charlottesville, Va.
CUES said the dates for 2019 are:

  • CEO Institute I: Strategic Planning, April 7-12
  • CEO Institute II: Organizational Effectiveness, April 28- May 3
  • CEO Institute III: Strategic Leadership Development, May 5-10
