MADISON, Wis. – The National Credit Union Foundation has announced the addition of four new members to its board, as well as the reappointment of four others.
New members appointed to the board include:
- Enrique Delgadillo, president/CEO of BALANCE
- Juan Fernandez, president/CEO of the Louisiana Credit Union League
- David Sweitzer, CEO of TruStage
- Jenny Vipperman, president/CEO of ORNL Federal Credit Union.
The four incumbent board members were reappointed were:
- Robert Cashman, president/CEO of Metro Credit Union
- Christine Cordell, SVP/chief project & learning Officer at Blaze Credit Union
- John Sackett, director at Royal Credit Union
- Debbie Smith, president/CEO of Georgia United Credit Union.
The foundation said the ratification of the new board members occurred during its annual meeting. Two final seats held by America’s Credit Unions remain vacant until the appointees can be named at a later date.

- Vice Chair: Jenny Vipperman, president/CEO, ORNL Federal Credit Union
- Treasurer: Robert Cashman, president/CEO, Metro Credit Union
- Secretary: Christine Cordell, SVP/chief project & learning officer, Blaze Credit Union
- Immediate Past Chair: Teresa Campbell, president/CEO, San Diego County Credit Union
- President: Jim Nussle, CEO, America’s Credit Unions
- David Birky, EVP/chief strategy officer, Interra Credit Union
- Creighton Blackwell, chief impact & public affairs officer, Coastal Credit Union
