WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn.– 360 Federal Credit Union has announced a “loan interest savings challenge” with a goal of saving members a total of $250,000 in loan interest through refinancings.
Set to launch Aug. 3, the “Community Savings Challenge” will offer $6,000 to three local charities if the loan challenge goal is met. The community will vote on which charities are the recipients of the funds.
The community can vote for the charity they want to receive the donation at www.360fcu.org or through the credit union’s Facebook page. The voting deadline is Sunday, Aug. 16. Donations will be awarded in three increments: first place will receive $3,000, second place will receive $2,000 and third place will receive $1,000.
