MADISON, Wis. – The National Credit Union Foundation has announced the recipients of the highest honors in the U.S. credit union community.
Those receiving the 2024 Herb Wegner Memorial Awards for Outstanding Individual Achievement and Outstanding Organization include:
- Tony C. Budet, former president and CEO of University Federal Credit Union in Austin, Texas
- Judy S. DeLucca, president and CEO of New Orleans Firemen’s FCU
- Bob Trunzo, president emeritus of TruStage in Wisconsin
- The Selfreliance Foundation in Illinois.
The honorees will be celebrated at the annual Foundation Dinner on March 4th at the Marriot Marquis in conjunction with CUNA’s GAC.
Sponsorships and tickets for this black-tie optional dinner will be available mid-October, the foundation said, adding there are a variety of noteworthy sponsorship and ticket opportunities for the fundraising gala still available.
