COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.–A class-action lawsuit has been filed against Colorado Springs-based Ent Credit Union. The suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Denver, alleges that Ent improperly charges overdraft fees on debit card transactions that didn’t overdraw accounts.
